The sixth round of the Guinea Bissau Multiple Indicators Survey (MICS6 2018-2019) was published in October 2020.
Though published only as a PDF (as far as I know) and with a low level of disaggregation (ADM1), the survey contains nonetheless data on a lot of indicators.
I created a basic index on gender disparity comparing some indicators (10) where region and sex information was available. The more different a behavior is based on gender, the greater the gender gap is. See the graphic example of how the index works for three regions on access to media:

Later I came across this great bivariate map and adapted it to show the relationship between “my” gender gap index and religion (most Guineans are Muslims but there are huge variations between regions).
